Orange accents were base-coated with a 60/40 mix of VMC Orange Brown 131 and Light Orange 022. The Orange Brown added a nice opacity that the Light Orange lacked. The main color was then applied, VMC Light Orange 022. You can use the fact that it is not opaque to your advantage and build highlights by collecting pigment gradually toward here the highlights will be.
Highlights are added with GW Golden Yellow (VGC Gold Yellow), then VMC Ice Yellow 013. Shadows were glazed in with GW Blazing Orange (VGC Hot Orange).
